Meetings
WECA holds monthly general session meetings that are open to members and guests, both in person and via Zoom. Board meetings are held via Zoom only. Zoom credentials are sent to members with WECA email addresses about a day in advance of each online meeting.
Regular Schedule
- General meetings — second Monday of each month at 7:00 PM (subject to date changes)
- Board meetings — fourth Monday of each month at 7:30 PM
- License prep classes — Tuesday evenings, September through May
- VE testing — second Thursday of the month at 7:00 PM
No general meetings are held in July and August.
Next General Session Meeting
Our next WECA General Session meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 14, 2026, at 7:00 PM as both a Zoom meeting and an in-person meeting at the Westchester County Center in White Plains. WECA members are invited to attend either in person or via Zoom. Zoom credentials are sent to members within 48 hours of the meeting.
Meeting Locations
In-person general meetings are held at the Westchester County Center in White Plains or the Fire Training Center at 4 Dana Road, Valhalla, NY. Check the announcement for each month’s location.
